Ager Build is a family-run construction company specialising in high-end residential projects across Sussex, Surrey, Kent and London. Founded in 2008, we have built our reputation almost entirely on referrals, trusted by clients who value quality, reliability and craftsmanship.
Our approach
As a close-knit team, we take on only a select number of projects at any one time, typically no more than two, so that every detail receives our full attention. This ensures each build is carefully managed and finished to the highest standard. While we remain deliberately selective, the business is also growing, allowing us to take on more ambitious projects without losing the quality and personal involvement we are known for.
Ryan’s story
Founder Ryan Ager began working in construction in 2002, gaining practical experience alongside his father and father-in-law, both of whom were builders. Those early years gave him a solid grounding in the trade and instilled a strong work ethic. From the outset, Ryan’s vision was to take projects further in both scale and quality. In 2008 he established Ager Build, drawing on those foundations to create a business now recognised for its skill across multiple trades, craftsmanship, reliability, and ability to deliver complete refurbishments from start to finish.
