Externally, major improvements were made to the pool and terrace areas. The pool surround, originally timber decking, was removed and replaced with durable sandstone paving, while all coping stones to the retaining walls were reset. At the rear of the kitchen, a large timber deck was removed and rebuilt at a new level, incorporating brick steps, a concrete pad, and porcelain paving. The terrace was finished with bespoke wrought iron railings.

Inside the house, the bathrooms were completely renewed, including five full bathrooms and two downstairs WCs. The kitchen was refreshed with painted oak cabinetry, a quartz worktop upgrade, a re-tiled backsplash behind the Aga, redecorated units with new handles, and feature lighting above the island. The utility room was also refitted with new doors, worktops, flooring, and finishes.

The entire home was redecorated throughout, with the loft converted into four bedrooms and a bathroom. This area was fully stripped back to the studs and rebuilt to modern standards.
